the swimming pool was closed and there were insects in the bathroom, which was quite scary.

The hotel's location was superb, being conveniently close to the Metro station. I could easily travel around the city by metro or even on foot. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained rooms and facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when our airport transfer was delayed.
